Travel has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. Aside from the annual family vacations, I grew up discovering new places by hopping in the car with my father and exploring uncharted territories. My favorite memory of our expeditions was the last one we ever shared together: driving through the American landscapes of the old Route 66. I treasure the feeling of experiencing new places and I feel everyone should have that at least once. Wherever I go, I bring my three essentials: a camera, travel journal with a photo of my father, and a suitcase for all the souvenirs.
