Liberty Travel to Feed Thousands with No. Hungry. Holidays Campaign
Montvale, NJ – December 12, 2019 – For the second year, Liberty Travel has partnered with Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization and third largest U.S. charity, to provide free meals for those in need. As part of its No. Hungry. Holidays campaign, the iconic travel brand has pledged to donate 20 meals for every booking made in December, with a goal of providing 250,000 free meals to food-insecure communities.
Feeding America is a non-profit organization that funds more than 200 food banks, feeding more than 46 million people through food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters and other community-based organizations.
For every booking made in December, Liberty Travel will donate $2, which equates to 20 meals, to help Feeding America ensure that no one goes hungry this holiday season.
In addition to the monetary contribution that the brand will make, from now through the end of December, all Liberty Travel locations will serve as collection sites for non-perishable food donations that will be delivered to Feeding America.
The brand will also host its Holiday Open House on December 13th — 15th when customers are encouraged to visit a store, enjoy some holiday cheer and enter for a chance to win a grand prize vacation getaway.
One lucky winner will be gifted a $5,000 Liberty Travel voucher that can be used to book a dream vacation with assistance from a Liberty Travel Consultant. In addition, those who book between December 13th and December 22, 2019, travel between December 13th and December 23, 2020 and pay in full by June 30, 2020 will receive up to $300 off their next trip at select properties. Travelers who book a Majestic property between now and December 31st, and pay in full, will receive up to $450 off their stay, when they travel between now and December 23, 2020.
