Flight Centre forms employee resource groups

Flight Centre Travel Group has created five Employee Resource Groups and named coordinators for each. Teresa Rolack will coordinate the Racial Equity group, which "will connect racialized and Indigenous employees as well as non-racialized allies," Flight Centre said. The group is sponsored by executive David Richardson and Flight Centre Americas president Charlene Leiss.
