My favorite part of being a travel agent is planning group trips. I absolutely love to plan them and work with groups of people while sharing their excitement. I love to help plan little surprises the group members want to share with a loved one. I've been known to tag along to provide extra hands-on service to the group members for weddings, spring breaks, and family trips. Seeing faces light up when they see something new is truly a special moment and being able to experience it over and over brings so much joy to my life.
